Jobs that are hard to access can require one of many different approaches. Crown offer any of the following solutions to access and complete your repair, tailored to your requirements and the access available at each site.

When planning any form of refurbishment, it is important to gain a comprehensive understanding of any present defects as well as issues that can present a larger risk over time. Our surveys are compiled by highly skilled operatives that identify and photograph any areas that require a repair, before these details are compiled within a thorough report by one of our Contracts Managers.

We have many years of experience in utilising specialist access methods to identify and complete repairs at high levels. Our qualified team can design and implement solutions to resolve even the most complicated of problems. We can carry out repairs to areas specified by the client, or can incorporate the full building into a larger project.

Certain issues require more specialist treatments, such as high level cleaning on a listed building, netting a building to encapsulate any spalling stonework or laddering an industrial chimney. We offer specialist solutions to ensure that even the most complex of issues can be dealt with at height.
