Grade Listed and Historic Refurbishment

We work with Conservation Officers on a wide variety of Grade Listed Building refurbishment projects to ensure all materials and used are like for like and in line with heritage specifications.

We carry out all high-level lead work repairs and maintenance using Rope access Techniques, MEWPS or a combination of both. Whether you have splits in your lead roof, or need lead securing after damage, we can help.

When carrying out refurbishment work, all timber repairs are carried out to specification. Our experienced joiners can repair, manufacture and refurbish even the most damaged timber.

We provide a tailored approach to each specific project and its requirements. The mortar specifications will be to match existing, whereby we provide sample options to the client free of charge at the start of a project, to ensure the correct profile and mortars are used.

We have experienced stone masons who are able to carry out all types of stone repairs, particularly at height. Whether new stone is to be masoned and reinstated or original stone repaired, we have the skills and experience to do whatever is required to keep Grade Listed buildings looking their best.

Our specialist stone masons are equipped to carry out complex repairs/refurbishment to any terracotta stone, whilst also being skilled rope access operatives.

We offer external high-level painting and re-decoration services. This includes all cleaning and preparation works and painting. We can refurbish timber window frames or paint full facades, whatever is required.
