Roof Surveys

Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance on roofs allows us to identify and repair any defects before they can cause damage to the internal structure of the building. We carry out roofing surveys using rope access, MEWP, or roof access to document any issues and compile a full report of our findings, including photos taken of each defect and recommendations of the work that needs to be undertaken.

Flat Roofs

Flat Roofs

Flat roofs that are consistently causing leaks, retaining large areas of pooled water, or have an insufficient drainage system would all benefit from a detailed survey. The resulting detailed report can pinpoint any inefficiencies with the current roof and propose solutions on how to combat problem areas.

Roofs With No Access

Roofs With No Access

Some roofs we carry out work on do not have traditional access methods such as a roof ladder or access door. In these situations we can utilise our specialist access methods to ensure that a full survey of the roof can take place. However we access the area, each defect will be documented and photographed before any recommended repairs are compiled in a detailed report.

Working on a large Grade Listed Building project can be challenging;
