CLIENT WARRINGTON |
Suspended Scaffolding to repair water ingress problems on multiple elevations |
---|---|
The Task |
To address and rectify water ingress activity 5 stories high on large imposing Victorian building. The project required gainful access from all elevations… maintenance and repair made all the more difficult by highly sensitive information involved with client activities, security issues and work disruption. |
The Solution |
After an initial site visit from our Senior Contracts Manager and an installation specialist we devised an all encompassing solution for our client which addressed all building, security, disruption and budgetary issues. Contrary to other “ground upward” scaffolding suggestions we designed and implemented a suspended scaffold system unique to the project. Once a “pull test” had been completed we were able to “unleash” our highly experienced team of rope access technicians, scaffold installers, stone masons, painters, welders and numerous other specialists to complete all reparations to exacting standards mindful of all conservation and environmental issues. All works were undertaken at night to avoid disruption to the client. Our ability to provide expertise in all departments made us a unique “one stop shop” for the project drastically cutting down time and costs. |
